Meet Our Founder
Christopher B. Power
Christopher B. Power is a philanthropic leader and operations strategist with 25+ years of experience helping mission-driven organizations turn vision into impact.
Most recently, he served as Chief Operating Officer and Corporate Secretary of the Kansas Health Foundation, a $600+ million philanthropy, where he oversaw governance, operations, and cross-functional teams. Earlier, he held roles as Program Officer, Evaluation Officer, and Vice President of Communications.
During his tenure, Chris led strategic planning, multimillion-dollar initiatives, and award-winning campaigns, while also guiding capital projects and governance systems designed to strengthen the nonprofit sector. Today, he leads Potentia Strategy Group, helping organizations expand opportunity and deliver lasting results.
